I usually don’t post reviews but just had to recognize Beyond The Decor Florist in Carrollton. They went above and beyond to make sure the beautiful arrangement they made and delivered for my birthday pleased me! It’s so refreshing these days to have wonderful customer service. Thanks to Tawana and Carrie for all the special attention…I will definitely be using your services in the future!

There are many reasons I'm leaving a 2 star review. I'm the parent of the folks that hired LaToya. One LaToya canceled quite a few meetings and was often unresponsive. She even told them she was working on a bigger wedding and didn't have time. Two LaToya was a no show for the rehearsal and didn't apologize. Three the day of the wedding she kept telling the wedding party that they needed to be quiet as the guests will be able to hear. Yes we were noisy so she proceeded to tell us to Shut Up. That's extremely unprofessional. Four she has in her contract that if anyone is rude to her, she reserves the right to walk. She was the one that was rude and a sour puss during the wedding. After the venue we were packing up the extras I went in and LaToya was trashing all the floral arrangements. These are flowers that were not cheap. I asked what was she doing she told me if I wanted the flowers I could have them and proceeded to hand me dripping wet flowers. Once again very unprofessional. LaToya was really quick providing a suggested TIP for her services. Now her staff is and was beyond phenomenal. If there was a way to ensure the young lady that did all the work would have re

Beyond the Decor florist has absolutely the most beautiful flowers and exceptional customer service. They delivered a stunning arrangement for my sister’s retirement. They helped me at the last minute when another florist couldn’t deliver on time with the flowers I ordered. I wish I would’ve called Beyond the Decor first. I highly recommend this business.

I recently used this florist to make a few arrangements for a shower that I was having. They were professional and very helpful. The arrangements were beautiful and we were so pleased with their work. Although this was a small job, I felt that they gave my requests every bit as much attention and consideration as any other large job. I asked they me make a small arrangement for an antique ceramic baby carriage that was given to my mother 70 years ago and it was perfect. Picture below. I would recommend Beyond the Decor for any of your floral needs!

Latoya and her team are now phenomenal! I can’t say enough about her and her team and the vision she put together for our dream wedding! Everything was perfect! Her attention to detail and communication are unlike any other vendor we have done business with. She made our wedding day absolutely stress free and perfect! She went above and beyond our expectations! Our guests were absolutely speechless and the design and set up and can not stop talking about it! We can not say enough about the quality and professionalism. She made things seem so effortless and we trusted her 1000%! Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our heart!
